Bonding with your Family and Life Happiness

Family time is fun time to spend with your loved ones.  Whether it be sitting around talking or playing a family game, it's wonderful bonding.  Personally, I feel that every family should take time out to get together and have some fun.  Have Sunday dinner together, laugh and tell a few jokes is a great way to enjoy each others company.

In today's society, everyone seems so busy.  It seems like there isn't enough time in a day to complete a work schedule or even school.  If you are a single mom who works outside the home, takes care of the children and house, they making making that extra time for bonding is tough.  Even with two parents, things can be very rough trying to spend quality time together.  In my opinion, you have to take it!  Take that time you need to bond with your family.  Spending time with your family is vital in keeping everyone happy.  Sharing thoughts and understanding each others issues is also important.  All of us who have raised children know and understand just how important it is to get tabs with your children so that they wont go astray.  In this world that we live in, children are staying at home alone while the parent(s) are working.  This is called latch key kids.  I do understand that some people can't afford a babysitter, but I know that their can be other places that a child could stay until the parent arrives.  Maybe an after school program or YMCA might be helpful.  Your department of Social Services has a program that may be helpful for those parent(s) who have low income issues.  Nevertheless, a child(ren) should never be left alone at home.

Helping your child with there homework is a form of bonding because you are taking the time to sit with your child and discuss his or her work in school.  Make it fun and not so strict and serious.  I bet you will get more out of a child if you just be patient and make him feel comfortable.  Never yell or scream at a child because you never get any results that way.  Find other alternatives to get their attention.

Sharing in daily activities is a another way to bond with your child(ren) let them help you wash the dishes, do the laundry, cleaning the house or going grocery shopping.  When you are home cleaning the house, play some music and dance with them while you are cleaning.  Children love music and dancing.  I bet they will ask you to clean everyday!  Pick a day out of the week for your family day and one for your "personal me day".  Remember not to leave yourself out of relaxation.  For "family day" take everyone to the park, a movie, or zoo.  Let family day be educational and fun!  Take sure family to church or services of your choice.  Live plays, sports are also great places to take family.  If you are short on money not an excuse, There are places that you can take your family for free.  Look into the newspapers for events in your community.  You will find lots of free places to go.  Checkout the school bulletin also because they there you will find things that are for free going on at the school.  Where there is a Will there is a Way!  (smile)

Have fun with your family!  Life is what you make it and it's up to you to live the way you want to live.  Never mined about the economy or money.  Trust that you will have a wonderful time with your family and make the best time every each time.  People get caught up in the happenings around them and allow that to control their world.  Don't be a follower but be a leader of your castle.  Make your life happy and fun.  No, not everyday is a bed of roses, or a chocolate Sunday but its a new day and no matter what happens, trust that it will be well.  Don't mope and frown about it.  Just acknowledge the facts and make the best of it.  Trouble don't last always and it will pass.  Knowing this live your life to the fullest!  Be happy, share happiness, and love life!
